ME Bench
warmed up to 225x2x5

2 Brd(equipped, bands)
405+(200)x1
495+(200)x1
585+(200)x1
635+(200)x1
745+(200)x1 PR

4 Brd(unequipped, bands)
315+(200)x1
...shoulder killed me so called this here

Punch Press
purplex3x30

Pec Deck
100x3x20

Band Tri Pushdowns
Purple for some sets

The 945 was a 10 # PR for this board w/ bands. I used the SDP that I had altered...fits pretty nicely at 300 BW. Stretches more than my X and also gives a lot of pop...I will keep using this shirt for a while and see what I can do in it. This si the first one I have found that actually has worked for me some.

I have to do any raw lockout work before my shirt work ,cause if I wait till after the shirt work, my shoulder hurts too much to do any of it. Since I missed my tri work after the shirt I did those punch presses and other shit to get some work in...

DE Bench

Smith machine Floor Press
185x3x3 CG
225x3x3 RG

DB Bench
80x3x12

Tri Rope Pushdowns
120x3x20

abs

I switched to the smith machine floor press cause my shoulder hurts so bad with bands and the rotation of taking the weight out of the rack. I dont like the finishing position with the smith machine, but I'll take it not hurting my shoulder. I did the floor press with relaxing on the floor and then pushing dynamically to lockout. It felt good to switch up the work and not to be hurting afterward lol I'm gonna continue switching things up on my DE day for a while and give my shoulder a break...its a bitch gettin old..

I needed to do a few more sets, but I had to get back home within 45 min, so I cut it a little short....next time I guess.

ME Bench
warmed up to 225x2x5

Rev Band(unequipped, 150# deload)
450x3
545x3
585x3

Rev Band(equipped, 150# deload)
750x1
845x1
950x1 touched
1060x1 touched

Tri Pushdowns
100x3x20

DB Incline Press
60x3x10

Pretty good training session today. This is the first time that I have taken this kind of weight to my chest. The last time I did rev band w/blues, I took 1050 to a 1 brd...that was in my Rage X. I used the SDP today and am getting just as much pop, but i also touched with the weight(which is what this exercise is mainly used for, for me anyway) I left the shirt collar up for the weights up to 950, and only really snugged it a little on the 1060. I do think there is a lot more in the shirt, but I really wanted to touch what i was trying. Now I know the shirt is good for an opener of 800 and can go as high as 900 in it...now i just have to do it lol

BW was up to 305 today..I have been trying to push it up some and apparently it has been working lol
