Planned to take some sets in to the low 4's today but my left pec started to pull on the first set at 335 so I didnt go any heavier. Played about an hour of pick up basketball prior to training so I think I was a bit dehydrated. Havent done any dips in a couple of years I think it was a nice change of pace.

1 hour pick up basketball.

I will continue to play basketball and am thinking I will join a mens softball league this spring in summer. Just to keep up on my athleticism.

Trained at Big Rob's gym today. Had a good time lots of strong lifters lots of big lifts. Haven't seen Rob for awhile looks very strong. Good to see Jake, John, and Roger. Quite a few guys there, all around good training session. Overkill is definitely a nice shirt. Probably get one some time near future.
